The seminar in Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a city where many people already practise yoga, meditation and bodywork. For them, Sensory Energetics offers something complementary: precise work with the body's vital points and sensory awareness, rooted in Kyusho and Chinese medicine.
Sensory Energetics is not learned by reading about the body. It is learned by feeling it.
What a Sensory Energetics seminar covers
Every seminar is built around direct experience. Participants learn in demonstrations, in pairs and in the group:
- Sensory awareness: noticing breath, tension and subtle sensations, and how the nervous system responds.
- Kyusho: working precisely with the body's vital points, a discipline Dr. Daniel has studied since he was 17.
- Qigong and breath: simple movements to feel and regulate energy.
- Contact and contactless work: partner techniques for releasing tension and supporting balance.
- Self-practice: tools to keep using at home after the weekend.
